The bag I purchased has factory defect

I HAD TO SEND THE BAG BACK THEY WOULDN'T SEND A REPLACEMENT I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO PURCHASE THE BAG AGAIN. THE BAG HAS A DEFECT AND IT WAS THE WRONG BAG THAT WAS SENT TO ME. THEY STATED THEY WOULD GIVE A FULL REFUND AFTER INSPECTION OF THE BAG, DON'T WORRY I TOOK PICS BEFORE I SHIPPED IT BACK. IT JUST SAD WHEN YOU PAY HIS KIND OF MONEY AND DON'T GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR THEN HAVE A HARD TIME TRYING TO GET HELP WITH THE PURCHASE. WONT BUT ANOTHER DOONEY...

Beware of return policy. Uncompromising policies that don't put the customer first. Misleading catalog descriptions with tiny print details that cannot be read easily. Photo are deceiving and two different size bags in photos look the same size. DON'T make a mistake in ordering as they will not put the customer first! Their customer service is out of India and they are god-awful about caring for the customer.

I have not heard anything back from Dooney & Burke. This is unfortunate because they've lost a great customer in me. I'm disappointed because they didn't even try to assist with my situation.

Bought a purse through their website. Got it at a good price. The purse was delivered but it was also stolen within minutes of delivery. As much as consumers spend, D & B needs to start sending bags with a signature if consumer is not home or offer insurance on product if stolen through the postal service. I'm a pissed off customer. D & B told me it was nothing they could do and to reach out to UPS or the USPS.

Zipper stuck

I tried to unzipper my bag and zipper is stuck. Can I get this repaired? If you cannot help can you, please refer me to one of your stores for repair? Can this item be shipped to you? I am a longtime unhappy dissatisfied customer today. I purchased a bag Logo Lock shoulder bag w/ pouch in the color white but the bag I received was cream/beige. I called to return or exchange for the correct bag which I ordered, only to be told that the bag I ordered was no longer available. I was told you can return the bag you received and buy another color, but the white one that you want we no longer have. I just don't understand, why would I buy another bag in a different color. I can keep the one I received. But I want the bag I ordered, my order form indicated white in color, my receipt indicated white in color, online indicates white in color. Even the tag on the bag indicates white, but the purse o color is not white,' I actually went back online to check the color I ordered thinking maybe that was what Dooney considered to be white in color...NO the purse that is advertised is WHITE, the purse I ordered was WHITE the purse I received is beige/cream color. I have purchased over 100 Dooney and Bourke bags over my lifetime dating all the way back to 1986 when I purchased my very first one at the age of 21. That was over 37 years ago that I have been buying Dooney. And this is just awful. I have given Dooney bags to my children, friends, and family as gifts because I believe in Dooney more than any other brand. And because my initials are DB. But after this mix-up and the incorrect resolution by the company, I will never support or buy another Dooney and Bourke bag again and I will not recommend this brand to anyone, although the material, design, and quality I believe to be outstanding, the customer services sucks and I would tell them to buy another brand because customer service is important and if Dooney makes a mistake like this one they will not resolve the issue. The customer service sucks and that's bad. I'm so DISAPPOINTED with Dooney and Bourke my feelings are actually hurt, we've had such a long relationship and now I must end it. I would like to express that it is not about the return and the money, I simply wanted to return the item and receive the item in which I originally ordered and was promised to receive when I placed the ordered with the assurance that what was advertised and ordered would be received. But that was not the case and now Im unable to receive what I wanted. Im so disappointed. Because if ever the item returns back in stock Im being told that I would have to pay a much higher price, because of the mistake the warehouse or company made. Company lost two of my orders and I paid for them with no refund

I have ordered two times a crossover purse and as yet I have not received either one of them. I bought them for a friend and I received an email this morning stating that you had the incorrect address or may I say I had the incorrect address which I do not it is correct. I am very upset and I will stay put this on Facebook.

Customer service is clueless,yellow card has phone number with only 9 digits,no sewn cloth tag inside Keychain clip not brass, help line says all metal components sb brass and all have a sewn cloth tag in addition to leather one. No pickup at corporate phone number. Treated better at Gucci. Suspect bag is fake, but no one knowledgeable available. Products claiming to be premium should have premium service.

I am furious with Dooney right now. I want to return one item but was locked from my account and have no idea what to do. Leaving for a Cruise and want this returned before I leave. (only have 30 days and I believe that's coming up very soon.) Need my order # to return this purse but cannot get it til you unlock my account or help me. Also why would I have to pay sales tax on an item I need to return. So very frustrated and I love Dooney - this is my first very bad experience!!!
