I have not heard anything back from Dooney & Burke. This is unfortunate because they've lost a great customer in me. I'm disappointed because they didn't even try to assist with my situation.

- Your product may be stolen because they do not offer insurance
Preferred solution: I want another purse with a required signature if we're not home.
